{"id":9088,"date":"2024-03-21T16:33:40","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T16:33:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/?p=9088"},"modified":"2025-03-04T15:22:33","modified_gmt":"2025-03-04T15:22:33","slug":"creando-lugares-vibrantes-elementos-clave-placemaking-nueva-decada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/es\/creando-lugares-vibrantes-elementos-clave-placemaking-nueva-decada\/","title":{"rendered":"Elementos clave para el \u00e9xito del placemaking en la nueva d\u00e9cada\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aqu\u00ed exploraremos la idea de placemaking en esta nueva d\u00e9cada y esbozaremos una hoja de ruta hacia cinco elementos clave para crear lugares vibrantes y resilientes en el mundo post-pandemia.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, es importante aclarar que el futuro de los lugares depende, en nuestra opini\u00f3n, de la combinaci\u00f3n de dos \u00e1reas de especializaci\u00f3n existentes: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/the-basics-of-a-successful-country-or-city-brand-strategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">place brandin<\/a>g y placemaking. La potencia, que es una fusi\u00f3n de ambos, es la columna vertebral de lugares exitosos. En el futuro, al referirnos a la creaci\u00f3n de lugares, estamos infiriendo el uso de ambas l\u00edneas de pensamiento.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora que hemos aclarado nuestra comprensi\u00f3n del placemaking, pasemos a los cinco elementos clave para el placemaking exitoso.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Establecer una visi\u00f3n compartida<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed es donde hablar\u00edamos sobre el place branding. Antes que nada, es importante establecer una visi\u00f3n compartida para el lugar que <em>debe<\/em> basarse en su identidad real. Para que esta visi\u00f3n est\u00e9 alineada con la identidad del lugar y compartida por todas las partes involucradas, nos dirigimos al segundo elemento clave.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Comprometerse con la comunidad<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadie conoce mejor los problemas, debilidades y virtudes de un lugar que la propia comunidad. La identidad, y por lo tanto la visi\u00f3n, surgen de este arreglo. El compromiso crear\u00e1 un sentido de pertenencia y un sentido de pertenencia construye orgullo. Esto a su vez defiende y ayuda a promover el lugar a trav\u00e9s de la colaboraci\u00f3n y el pensamiento colectivo.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Piensa m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del hardware<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El hardware puede entenderse como los aspectos inm\u00f3viles de un lugar, sus edificios, su arquitectura y su paisaje. Pero un lugar es mucho m\u00e1s que eso. Es necesario involucrar las otras dos dimensiones de este ecosistema: software y peopleware. El software se refiere a las actividades que dan vida al lugar y peopleware se refiere a las personas y su comportamiento cultural, que a su vez crea la identidad del lugar.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces un buen lugar no necesita nuevos productos tangibles o edificios, s\u00f3lo un buen programa de actividades o la promoci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas culturales existentes.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Ir supraterritorial<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta pandemia nos ha revelado lo obvio. Un lugar es mucho m\u00e1s que su territorio. Mientras que los pa\u00edses que se preocupaban exclusivamente por sus aspectos f\u00edsicos y presenciales sufr\u00edan, otros, ya comprometidos con la desterritorializaci\u00f3n y la desmaterializaci\u00f3n (acelerada por la pandemia) lograron crear experiencias virtuales. Esto permiti\u00f3 que los lugares mantuvieran la presencia global de sus lugares en la mente de las personas, incluso si nadie pod\u00eda, de hecho, ir all\u00ed.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser supraterritorial es entender que una ciudad\/lugar es un escenario para encuentros y oportunidades. Si esto no se puede hacer f\u00edsicamente, es necesario buscar otras formas de conectar personas y lugares, lo que, de hecho, no es m\u00e1s que conectar personas con personas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Aprende del caos<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Busca la antifragilidad, un concepto que sugiere que vayamos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la resiliencia aprendiendo y fortaleci\u00e9ndonos de eventos de gran impacto negativo.\u00a0 En el coraz\u00f3n del pensamiento antifr\u00e1gil aplicado a los lugares est\u00e1n todos los elementos anteriores de esta lista (y varios m\u00e1s que no encajar\u00edan en este art\u00edculo). Sin embargo, debemos se\u00f1alar algo que Nassim Taleb, creador del t\u00e9rmino <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/2012\/nov\/21\/antifragile-how-to-live-nassim-nicholas-taleb-review\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00abantifr\u00e1gil\u00bb<\/a>, llama opcionalidad. En algunos lugares, el uso de este concepto se aplica a la idea de no concentrar todos nuestros esfuerzos en un solo vector de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, como el turismo. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 con los lugares que fueron 100% tur\u00edsticos durante la pandemia de COVID-19?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de estos cinco elementos clave podemos ver c\u00f3mo el placemaking va mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las cuestiones f\u00edsicas, arquitect\u00f3nicas y urbanas. Podemos ver c\u00f3mo los lugares han sido, y est\u00e1n siendo, insertados en ecosistemas complejos que necesitan ser repensados, desde las esferas de toma de decisiones hasta la propia matriz de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico. Independientemente de d\u00f3nde comience este cambio de visi\u00f3n, es importante recordar siempre la m\u00e1xima shakespeariana:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQU\u00c9 ES UNA CIUDAD SINO LA
