Lorsque nous parlons de \u00ab\u00a0Placemaking\u00a0\u00bb, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re quelque peu contre-intuitive, nous comprenons automatiquement qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un processus ou d&rsquo;une m\u00e9thode qui implique de \u00ab\u00a0faire un lieu\u00a0\u00bb. Chez Bloom Consulting, nous pr\u00f4nons le chevauchement n\u00e9cessaire des couches de Place Branding et de Placemaking, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la perception et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience qui travaillent main dans la main. Nous appelons ce processus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/placemaking-i-d\/\">Placemaking.ID \u00a9<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Placemaking est souvent d\u00e9crit comme un processus d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des lieux. Bien que cette affirmation soit vraie, nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons aller plus loin en identifiant une qualit\u00e9 cl\u00e9 d&rsquo;un lieu : la vitalit\u00e9. Ainsi, nous consid\u00e9rons le Placemaking comme le processus de cr\u00e9ation de lieux dynamiques. Cependant, le terme \u00ab\u00a0dynamisme\u00a0\u00bb, bien que largement compris, n\u00e9cessite une d\u00e9finition plus pr\u00e9cise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un lieu dynamique = des personnes + un sens + des activit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la formule ci-dessus, nous avons reconnu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approfondir le concept. Que signifient exactement les termes \u00ab\u00a0personnes\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0sens\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0activit\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb ? La roue des lieux dynamiques de Bloom Consulting \u00a9 d\u00e9montre exactement le contraire, \u00e0 savoir la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, dans le meilleur des cas, d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement physique pour ancrer des activit\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 cartographi\u00e9es ou propos\u00e9es sur la base d&rsquo;une cartographie pr\u00e9alable avec la communaut\u00e9 locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des principes fondamentaux de Placemaking.ID \u00a9 est l&rsquo;engagement de la communaut\u00e9, soulignant qu&rsquo;un lieu dynamique (et donc de qualit\u00e9) n&rsquo;existe que s&rsquo;il tient compte des d\u00e9sirs de la communaut\u00e9 qui l&rsquo;utilise, tout en reconnaissant et en renfor\u00e7ant ses identit\u00e9s et ses cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mais l&rsquo;espace b\u00e2ti n&rsquo;est-il pas important?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les aspects comportementaux et les activit\u00e9s (software) rev\u00eatent une plus grande importance, l&rsquo;espace construit (hardware) joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le crucial, en particulier dans la requalification de lieux existants. Dans ce cas, une \u00e9valuation physique du lieu est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce processus d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation repose sur trois questions fondamentales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Chacune des dimensions analys\u00e9es (physique-environnementale \/ humaine-comportementale) fournit une base pour que l&rsquo;ensemble donne une vision affin\u00e9e et holistique du lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un lieu vivant n&rsquo;est pas seulement un espace public avec une bonne qualit\u00e9 de construction et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement, c&rsquo;est avant tout un lieu compris par les utilisateurs, adopt\u00e9 par la communaut\u00e9 et, plus important encore, largement utilis\u00e9. La hi\u00e9rarchie entre le mat\u00e9riel (l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement) et le logiciel (les activit\u00e9s) est \u00e9vidente dans le processus Placemaking.ID \u00a9, qui refl\u00e8te ce que l&rsquo;on peut observer au quotidien. En effet, combien d&rsquo;espaces publics dot\u00e9s de bancs, de jardins et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements manquent d&rsquo;usagers?
