{"id":7798,"date":"2024-01-18T13:38:17","date_gmt":"2024-01-18T13:38:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/?p=7798"},"modified":"2024-01-18T13:38:18","modified_gmt":"2024-01-18T13:38:18","slug":"etude-de-cas-suedoise-ce-que-les-donnees-de-recherche-revelent-sur-limpact-de-la-pandemie-sur-le-tourisme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/fr\/etude-de-cas-suedoise-ce-que-les-donnees-de-recherche-revelent-sur-limpact-de-la-pandemie-sur-le-tourisme\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9tude de cas su\u00e9doise : ce que les donn\u00e9es de recherche r\u00e9v\u00e8lent sur l&rsquo;impact de la pand\u00e9mie sur le tourisme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Visit Sweden, l&rsquo;agence de tourisme officielle du gouvernement su\u00e9dois, travaille depuis 2015 avec Bloom Consulting et sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u0153ur, D2 Analytics, pour comprendre le lien entre les donn\u00e9es digitales de recherche et le tourisme, et pour aider \u00e0 mesurer l&rsquo;impact des strat\u00e9gies touristiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En temps normal, le pays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un flux r\u00e9gulier de touristes internationaux d\u00e9sireux de d\u00e9couvrir la diversit\u00e9 de ses paysages naturels et le mode de vie \u00ab\u00a0Friluftsliv\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais lorsque la pand\u00e9mie a frapp\u00e9 en 2020 et que l&rsquo;industrie s&rsquo;est arr\u00eat\u00e9e, le gouvernement a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau projet d&rsquo;analyse pour comprendre si la pand\u00e9mie et l&rsquo;approche \u00ab\u00a0controvers\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb de la Su\u00e8de en mati\u00e8re de gestion de crise allaient changer les perceptions et le comportement des touristes, et si d&rsquo;autres destinations allaient \u00eatre \u00e9galement touch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des donn\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 touristique national ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es pour la premi\u00e8re fois, ce qui a permis \u00e0 Visit Sweden de comprendre la taille et le comportement du march\u00e9 national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D2 &#8211; Demande num\u00e9rique \u00a9 pendant la pand\u00e9mie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 100 000 termes de recherche li\u00e9s au tourisme et regroup\u00e9s en 260 mots cl\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits dans le logiciel D2 &#8211; Digital Demand \u00a9, qui d\u00e9termine la fr\u00e9quence des recherches et leur provenance. En fait, ces march\u00e9s ont pu cro\u00eetre au-del\u00e0 des niveaux d&rsquo;avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, dans le rapport de D2 Analytics et Bloom Consulting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/the-covid-19-study-the-impact-on-tourist-behaviours\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">COVID-19 : L&rsquo;impact sur les comportements des touristes<\/a>,<em> <\/em>encore 15 \u00e0 35 % des touristes pourraient ne pas reprendre leurs voyages d&rsquo;agr\u00e9ment \u00e0 moyen terme.
