La centrale, qui est une fusion des deux, est l&rsquo;\u00e9pine dorsale des lieux r\u00e9ussis. \u00c0 l&rsquo;avenir, en faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de lieux, nous sous-entendons l&rsquo;utilisation de ces deux courants de pens\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant que nous avons clarifi\u00e9 notre compr\u00e9hension de la cr\u00e9ation de lieux, passons aux cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s d&rsquo;une cr\u00e9ation de lieux r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tablir une vision commune<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est ici que l&rsquo;on parlera de place branding. Avant toute chose, il est important d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une vision commune du lieu qui doit \u00eatre bas\u00e9e sur son identit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle. Pour que cette vision soit align\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 du lieu et partag\u00e9e par toutes les parties concern\u00e9es, nous passons au deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S&rsquo;engager avec la communaut\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Personne ne conna\u00eet mieux les probl\u00e8mes, les faiblesses et les vertus d&rsquo;un lieu que la communaut\u00e9 elle-m\u00eame. L&rsquo;identit\u00e9, et donc la vision, d\u00e9coulent de cet arrangement. L&rsquo;engagement cr\u00e9era un sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance et un sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance suscitera la fiert\u00e9. Celle-ci, \u00e0 son tour, d\u00e9fend et aide \u00e0 promouvoir le lieu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration et \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion collective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Penser au-del\u00e0 du mat\u00e9riel<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riel peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l&rsquo;aspect immobile d&rsquo;un lieu, ses b\u00e2timents, son architecture et son paysage. Mais un lieu est bien plus que cela. Il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;impliquer les deux autres dimensions de cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me : le \u201csoftware\u201d et le \u201cpeopleware\u201d. Le \u201csoftware\u201d (logiciel) concerne les activit\u00e9s qui donnent vie au lieu et le \u201cpeopleware\u201d fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux personnes et \u00e0 leur comportement culturel, qui \u00e0 son tour cr\u00e9e l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 du lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, un lieu de qualit\u00e9 n&rsquo;a pas besoin de nouveaux produits mat\u00e9riels ou de b\u00e2timents, mais simplement d&rsquo;un bon programme d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s ou de la promotion des caract\u00e9ristiques culturelles existantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle supraterritoriale<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette pand\u00e9mie nous a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une \u00e9vidence. Un lieu est bien plus que son territoire. Alors que les pays qui se pr\u00e9occupaient exclusivement de leurs aspects physiques et pr\u00e9sentiels ont souffert, d&rsquo;autres, d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9territorialisation et la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation (acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie), ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des exp\u00e9riences virtuelles. Cela a permis aux lieux de maintenir leur pr\u00e9sence globale dans l&rsquo;esprit des gens, m\u00eame si personne ne pouvait, en fait, s&rsquo;y rendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00catre supraterritorial, c&rsquo;est comprendre qu&rsquo;une ville\/un lieu est une sc\u00e8ne de rencontres et d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s. Si cela ne peut se faire physiquement, il faut chercher d&rsquo;autres moyens de relier les personnes et les lieux, ce qui, en fait, n&rsquo;est rien d&rsquo;autre que de relier les personnes entre elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tirer les le\u00e7ons du chaos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Recherchez l&rsquo;antifragilit\u00e9, un concept qui sugg\u00e8re d&rsquo;aller au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9silience en apprenant et en se renfor\u00e7ant \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements ayant un impact n\u00e9gatif important. Au c\u0153ur de la pens\u00e9e antifragile appliqu\u00e9e aux lieux se trouvent tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents de cette liste (et plusieurs autres qui n&rsquo;auraient pas leur place dans cet article). Il convient toutefois de noter un \u00e9l\u00e9ment que Nassim Taleb, cr\u00e9ateur du terme \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/books\/2012\/nov\/21\/antifragile-how-to-live-nassim-nicholas-taleb-review\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">antifragile<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, appelle l&rsquo;optionnalit\u00e9. Dans certains endroits, l&rsquo;utilisation de ce concept s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de ne pas concentrer tous nos efforts sur un seul vecteur de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, tel que le tourisme. Qu&rsquo;est-il arriv\u00e9 aux endroits qui \u00e9taient enti\u00e8rement ax\u00e9s sur le tourisme pendant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s, nous pouvons voir que l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement du territoire va bien au-del\u00e0 des questions physiques, architecturales et urbaines. Nous voyons comment les lieux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 et sont ins\u00e9r\u00e9s dans des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes complexes qui doivent \u00eatre repens\u00e9s, depuis les sph\u00e8res d\u00e9cisionnelles jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la matrice de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique elle-m\u00eame.
