Avant cela, les premiers colons sont arriv\u00e9s sur ce qui est aujourd&rsquo;hui le sol finlandais vers 5000 avant notre \u00e8re. Au XIIe si\u00e8cle, les croisades ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la Finlande au royaume su\u00e9dois et \u00e0 l&rsquo;Europe catholique pendant plus de 600 ans. En 1809, la Su\u00e8de a perdu la Finlande au profit de l&rsquo;Empire russe. L&rsquo;esprit national finlandais \u00e9tait cependant bien vivant. La Finlande est devenue une partie autonome et tr\u00e8s avanc\u00e9e de l&#8217;empire, \u00e9tablissant son propre parlement et sa propre monnaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son parcours pour devenir la d\u00e9mocratie dynamique et l&rsquo;\u00c9tat-providence qu&rsquo;elle est aujourd&rsquo;hui a commenc\u00e9 bien avant la d\u00e9claration officielle d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance. D\u00e8s 1640, par exemple, la premi\u00e8re universit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en Finlande. En 1866, un syst\u00e8me scolaire national ind\u00e9pendant de l&rsquo;\u00c9glise a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place et, en 1906, la Finlande est devenue le premier pays au monde \u00e0 accorder des droits politiques complets aux femmes. Comme les pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;un puzzle, ces faits s&rsquo;ajoutent les uns aux autres pour construire le pays \u00e9galitaire, solidaire et innovant d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e9ographiquement, la Finlande est un pays d&rsquo;Europe du Nord riche en for\u00eats, qui couvrent environ 75 % de sa superficie, ainsi qu&rsquo;en lacs &#8211; 188 000 ! En outre, le pays nordique abrite le plus grand archipel du monde, qui compte plus de 50 000 \u00eeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La politique finlandaise encourage les citoyens et les visiteurs \u00e0 passer du temps dans cette nature. Image : Pasi Markkanen, Conseil de promotion de la Finlande<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Face \u00e0 une nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique (D\u00e9fi)<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le client de Bloom Consulting &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/um.fi\/finland-promotion-board2\">le minist\u00e8re finlandais des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res<\/a> &#8211; a eu le sentiment que le pays se comportait bien sur la sc\u00e8ne mondiale en termes de r\u00e9putation, et ce sentiment n&rsquo;est pas venu de nulle part. Ce sentiment ne venait pas de nulle part. Il \u00e9tait attest\u00e9 par des r\u00e9compenses et des r\u00e9alisations, telles que le fait que la Finlande continue \u00e0 occuper la premi\u00e8re place du <a href=\"https:\/\/worldhappiness.report\/ed\/2023\/\">World Happiness Report<\/a>, une publication du R\u00e9seau des solutions pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable des Nations unies, et qu&rsquo;elle atteigne les premi\u00e8res places de l&rsquo;indice de perception de la corruption de Transparency International, ce qui indique une bonne gouvernance et le niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de confiance qui existe dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 finlandaise &#8211; deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme fondamentaux pour le bonheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements g\u00e9opolitiques mondiaux ont frapp\u00e9, cr\u00e9ant une nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tendue. La marque nationale pouvait-elle continuer \u00e0 fonctionner comme d&rsquo;habitude \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de ce nouveau sc\u00e9nario ? Ces circonstances inhabituelles n\u00e9cessitaient-elles un r\u00e9examen et une nouvelle s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;actions ? Le minist\u00e8re a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer en profondeur la sensibilisation internationale et les perceptions \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de la marque nationale dans le contexte actuel et de d\u00e9terminer si elles n\u00e9cessitaient une r\u00e9orientation de la politique et des messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bloom Consulting s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 au minist\u00e8re pour r\u00e9aliser un audit ou un \u00ab\u00a0bilan de sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de la marque et fournir des conseils sur la mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der dans une nouvelle \u00e8re et de pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;avenir de la marque nationale. Le partenariat a dur\u00e9 trois mois en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les perceptions du public correspondent-elles \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du lieu ? (Strat\u00e9gie)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre analyse situationnelle originale a tir\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es de trois sources exclusives :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/d2analytics.io\/products\/d2-live-quanti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D2 Live Quanti \u00a9<\/a>, qui mesure les perceptions via des enqu\u00eates sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/d2analytics.io\/products\/d2-digital-supply\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D2 Digital Supply \u00a9<\/a>, qui \u00e9value l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique d&rsquo;une Nation Brand,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et <a href=\"https:\/\/d2analytics.io\/products\/d2-digital-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D2 Digital Demand \u00a9<\/a>, qui prend en compte l&rsquo;attrait num\u00e9rique d&rsquo;une marque de nation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons ax\u00e9 la recherche sur 10 march\u00e9s cibles cl\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les perceptions de la Finlande en leur sein. Parmi les participants, 48% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur perception de la Finlande s&rsquo;\u00e9tait am\u00e9lior\u00e9e au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Seuls 3 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur perception s&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/what-constitutes-perceptions-about-countries\/\">Bloom Consulting Nation Brand Taxonomy Model \u00a9,<\/a> la Finlande jouit d&rsquo;une excellente r\u00e9putation, obtenant des notes \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour les 13 \u00e9l\u00e9ments de perception, tant chez les personnes qui connaissent personnellement la Finlande que chez celles qui ne la connaissent pas. Le bien-\u00eatre, la sant\u00e9 et les soins de sant\u00e9, le niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, les atouts naturels et les paysages se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00eatre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de perception les plus forts pour lesquels la Finlande est reconnue et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>71 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es se souviennent d&rsquo;avoir entendu parler de la Finlande dans les actualit\u00e9s ou en relation avec des \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s dans le pays. Les sujets abord\u00e9s comprenaient les efforts de la nation en mati\u00e8re de relations internationales, les politiques de durabilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;agenda culturel et l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats, nous avons formul\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de recommandations \u00e0 l&rsquo;intention du minist\u00e8re afin d&rsquo;assurer un avenir radieux \u00e0 la marque nationale. La premi\u00e8re est de poursuivre le bon travail en termes d&rsquo;alignement des r\u00e9cits sur la Finlande avec ses actions et politiques r\u00e9elles. En effet, d&rsquo;autres nations peuvent s&rsquo;inspirer de la gestion coh\u00e9rente et compl\u00e8te de ces r\u00e9cits par la Finlande, qui veille \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait pas de d\u00e9calage entre l&rsquo;image du pays et sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Exploration de nouveaux r\u00e9cits potentiels et de nouveaux publics cibles (R\u00e9sultats)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos donn\u00e9es, nous avons pu sugg\u00e9rer d&rsquo;exploiter les atouts sous-utilis\u00e9s de la Finlande dans les domaines du sport et du divertissement pour renforcer les perceptions et atteindre de nouveaux publics. En outre, nous avons identifi\u00e9 un potentiel pour les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations dont les perceptions sont encore en phase de formation et qui pourraient donc \u00eatre influenc\u00e9es par un contenu, des politiques et des produits appropri\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats de nos recherches et fournir aux parties prenantes concern\u00e9es les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour affiner leur perception de la Finlande, nous avons organis\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sentations et des ateliers de grande envergure.
