Beaucoup a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit sur la perception et l&rsquo;image, mais j&rsquo;ai cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver quelque chose de plus tangible. Ma formation en urbanisme, acquise au Br\u00e9sil parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l&rsquo;architecture, m&rsquo;a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 m&rsquo;interroger : o\u00f9 se pose la question des populations locales ? Au fil du temps, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas aussi pris en compte que je le jugeais n\u00e9cessaire, ou du moins pas directement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e0 la m\u00eame \u00e9poque, je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 m&rsquo;impliquer dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/key-elements-to-successful-placemaking-in-the-new-decade\/\"><strong>Placemaking<\/strong><\/a>. Le Placemaking est en quelque sorte li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;urbanisme tout en prenant en compte les habitants du lieu. M\u00eame avec une vision plus centr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;humain, les processus participatifs \u00e9taient en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ponctuels, tactiques, micro et souvent ne fonctionnaient pas de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique ou syst\u00e9matique. Lorsqu&rsquo;ils l&rsquo;ont fait, ils l&rsquo;ont souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 dans le but d&rsquo;aborder une question essentielle telle que l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 culturelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isol\u00e9e dans un pays o\u00f9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque le Placemaking ou le Place Branding \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s m\u00e9connus en tant que domaine voire domaine d&rsquo;expertise, je me suis lanc\u00e9 dans le monde \u00e0 la recherche de r\u00e9ponses. A ce moment, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert que les deux classes s&rsquo;ignoraient l&rsquo;une l&rsquo;autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux ne s&rsquo;adressaient pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre discipline en tant que partenaire compatible pour le partage des connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Engager + comprendre + proposer + accomplir = transformer<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce chevauchement entre Place Branding et Placemaking m&rsquo;a sembl\u00e9 \u00e9vident. Au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2014, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est venue d&rsquo;une formule qui semblait int\u00e9grer les deux : engager + comprendre + proposer + accomplir = transformer. Il \u00e9tait essentiel d&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 ces efforts pour v\u00e9ritablement transformer un lieu, nouveau ou existant, en se concentrant sur l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la vie des personnes qui y vivent, travaillent, visitent et investissent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placemaking I.D.\u00a9 est n\u00e9. C&rsquo;est la fusion des deux disciplines. Placemaking I.D.\u00a9 a la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;engager les gens autour d&rsquo;une id\u00e9e partag\u00e9e dans la mesure m\u00eame o\u00f9 il comprend et propose des orientations pour la transformation de l&rsquo;espace public partag\u00e9, qu&rsquo;il soit b\u00e2ti ou non. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une approche qui engage les gens autour d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments intangibles et symboliques tout en guidant ce symbolisme \u00e0 travers des \u00e9l\u00e9ments transformateurs de l&rsquo;espace physique et des secteurs de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique eux-m\u00eames. Si l&rsquo;impact social \u00e9tait quelque chose de recherch\u00e9 par Placemaking I.D.\u00a9, son d\u00e9veloppement chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/bloom-consulting\/posts\/?feedView=all\"><strong>Bloom Consulting<\/strong><\/a> a depuis pris une nouvelle dimension, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/place-branding-and-the-climate-emergency\/\"><strong>changement climatique<\/strong><\/a>. D\u00e9sormais, au-del\u00e0 des hommes, l&rsquo;environnement trouve toute sa place dans la d\u00e9marche, contribuant davantage \u00e0 la pertinence de la d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un aspect important est le fait que Placemaking I.D.\u00a9 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les secteurs public et priv\u00e9. Il peut avoir des impacts tout aussi positifs pour une municipalit\u00e9, un \u00c9tat ou une r\u00e9gion nationale de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il peut fonctionner pour le compte d&rsquo;un quartier ou d&rsquo;un d\u00e9veloppement immobilier nouvellement planifi\u00e9. L&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de son impact sur la r\u00e9gion locale variera.
