Cette phase est importante dans toutes les fonctions, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un directeur ou d&rsquo;un consultant. Pour rester sur la bonne voie, je planifie \u00e0 trois \u00e9chelles : annuelle, mensuelle et hebdomadaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>D\u00e9crivez votre journ\u00e9e de travail typique.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime travailler dans un environnement calme et ininterrompu, c&rsquo;est pourquoi je commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ma journ\u00e9e t\u00f4t en v\u00e9rifiant l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de la nuit, comme la gestion de nos comptes de m\u00e9dias sociaux (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bloomconsult\/\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/bloom-consulting\/posts\/\">LinkedIn<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bloomconsulting\/\">Facebook<\/a>), le suivi des m\u00e9dias et la r\u00e9ponse aux courriels. En outre, je me fais une priorit\u00e9 de suivre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en ligne de nos clients. En surveillant de pr\u00e8s l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en ligne des clients et des leaders de l&rsquo;industrie, je peux fournir des informations et des recommandations pr\u00e9cieuses pour aider nos clients \u00e0 garder une longueur d&rsquo;avance sur la concurrence. Tout au long de ces interactions, j&rsquo;essaie toujours de trouver du temps pour produire du contenu pour nos comptes de m\u00e9dias sociaux et pour le Bloom Consulting Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous pla\u00eet le plus dans le Place Branding ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai toujours pens\u00e9 que les lieux, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un pays, d&rsquo;une ville, d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion ou de toute autre entit\u00e9, telle qu&rsquo;un gouvernement, devaient s&rsquo;engager aupr\u00e8s des citoyens&nbsp; et d\u00e9finir leur objectif commun en tant que nation. L&rsquo;action est plus \u00e9loquente que les mots, mais pas toujours&#8230; Si nous ne cr\u00e9ons pas notre propre r\u00e9cit, quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre le fera pour nous, et peut-\u00eatre pas dans la perspective la plus louable. Dans le monde d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, o\u00f9 tout va tr\u00e8s vite, il est facile de cr\u00e9er de nouvelles images ou de modifier rapidement des images existantes, ce qui peut am\u00e9liorer ou nuire \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation d&rsquo;un lieu. Je comprends que l&rsquo;image de marque d&rsquo;un lieu est une initiative complexe qui implique diverses actions centr\u00e9es autour d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/the-central-idea-key-to-every-successful-place-brand-strategy\/\">id\u00e9e centrale<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Dans quelle mesure consid\u00e9rez-vous que votre travail est important pour les pays, les r\u00e9gions et les villes ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est essentiel de sensibiliser \u00e0 l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;image de marque d&rsquo;un lieu. Par exemple, en partageant sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ce billet qui met en \u00e9vidence les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/5-signs-you-need-a-place-brand-strategy\/\">cinq raisons pour lesquelles l&rsquo;image de marque d&rsquo;un lieu est importante<\/a>, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re inspirer quelqu&rsquo;un \u00e0 agir et \u00e0 avoir un impact positif sur l&rsquo;avenir de son lieu et sur celui des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 venir. M\u00eame si je ne participe pas directement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;image de marque d&rsquo;un lieu, je pense qu&rsquo;il y a toujours un besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et d&rsquo;engagement plus large autour de sujets sp\u00e9cifiques. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que je joue un r\u00f4le et, ce faisant, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re encourager un plus grand nombre de personnes \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier la valeur de l&rsquo;image de marque d&rsquo;un lieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Quelle marque de pays ou de lieu appr\u00e9ciez-vous le plus ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis particuli\u00e8rement impressionn\u00e9 par ce que l&rsquo;Estonie a accompli. Elle a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une image moderne et futuriste de sa nation dans mon esprit. Elle est per\u00e7ue comme \u00e9tant \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie, accessible gr\u00e2ce aux services \u00e9lectroniques, facile \u00e0 naviguer et fi\u00e8re de son h\u00e9ritage estonien et scandinave, plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9finie par son pass\u00e9 post-sovi\u00e9tique. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/two-countries-that-prove-nation-branding-works\/\">Les efforts fructueux de l&rsquo;Estonie<\/a> en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;image de marque l&rsquo;ont v\u00e9ritablement distingu\u00e9e et lui ont donn\u00e9 une identit\u00e9 unique et reconnaissable.
