Ce guide explique, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, le processus de qualification des territoires par la transformation des espaces publics et des collectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous adoptons une approche diff\u00e9rente du Placemaking et avons baptis\u00e9 notre m\u00e9thodologie Placemaking.ID\u00ae. Le nom vient de la jonction entre le Placemaking traditionnel &#8211; commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9&nbsp; \u201cqualification des espaces publics\u201d &#8211; et l&rsquo;ID ou l&rsquo;identit\u00e9, ou la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re du Place Branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous partageons l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un lieu se mesure en grande partie \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de ses espaces publics. Par cons\u00e9quent, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/placemaking-i-d\/\">Placemaking.ID\u00ae<\/a> s&rsquo;efforce d&rsquo;aligner les id\u00e9es associ\u00e9es au Place Branding (marque de territoire), quelle que soit leur \u00e9chelle ou leur nature, des quartiers aux capitales, du public au priv\u00e9, en un ensemble d&rsquo;initiatives tangibles dans les espaces publics et collectifs, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une exp\u00e9rience align\u00e9e et surprenante \u00e0 la fois pour les visiteurs et la communaut\u00e9 elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Plus qu&rsquo;une collaboration, il faut une co-cr\u00e9ation<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce processus collectif, nous cr\u00e9ons et renfor\u00e7ons les liens communautaires, en initiant un sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance. Cet aspect est tout aussi important, quel que soit le type de projet. Par exemple, la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux quartiers pour le secteur priv\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e8re un ensemble de caract\u00e9ristiques symboliques. L&rsquo;entrepreneur immobilier peut alors aligner l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement urbain, la communication et le marketing sur quelque chose d&rsquo;authentique et d&rsquo;inh\u00e9rent au lieu, qui n&rsquo;est pas facile \u00e0 copier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les autorit\u00e9s publiques, Placemaking.ID\u00ae g\u00e9n\u00e8re un capital politique sous la forme d&rsquo;un h\u00e9ritage, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;implication des gens, \u00e0 leur voix et \u00e0 l&rsquo;att\u00e9nuation des probl\u00e8mes de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong><strong>Sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance, affirmation de soi et heritage<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placemaking.ID\u00ae est bien plus qu&rsquo;un arsenal d&rsquo;outils de recherche et de co-cr\u00e9ation. Une fois la vision du lieu align\u00e9e sur son identit\u00e9 et son positionnement (issu du Place Branding), nous cr\u00e9ons les \u00e9l\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles infrastructures et des recommandations en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;urbanisme (Hardware), un programme d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s et d&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 (Software) et la gouvernance avec les personnes comme principal agent de transformation (Peopleware).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Infrastructures et usages + activit\u00e9s et attractions + culture et gouvernance<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il peut sembler que notre processus se limite \u00e0 un instantan\u00e9 du moment pr\u00e9sent, ou pire, \u00e0 une image qui appartient d\u00e9j\u00e0 au pass\u00e9, comme tant d&rsquo;autres recherches qui fournissent une vue d&rsquo;ensemble du \u00ab\u00a0moment\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire d&rsquo;hier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre la collaboration et la co-cr\u00e9ation, Placemaking.ID\u00ae s&rsquo;accompagne de deux autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour le monde d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui : les perspectives d&rsquo;avenir et l&rsquo;antifragilit\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er des lieux \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve du futur\u00a0\u00bb.
