D&rsquo;o\u00f9 la question suivante: comment la r\u00e9gion du Grand Sud peut-elle utiliser strat\u00e9giquement ses atouts pour tirer parti de son potentiel? En outre, la mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;une marque locale est-elle la solution cl\u00e9 et, dans l&rsquo;affirmative, de quelle mani\u00e8re peut-elle contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9bloquer et \u00e0 maximiser le potentiel de la r\u00e9gion?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/gsdc.wa.gov.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Great Southern Development Commission<\/a> (GSDC) a fait appel \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bloom Consultin<\/a>g pour d\u00e9terminer la faisabilit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;image de marque pour la r\u00e9gion. Toutefois, le d\u00e9fi \u00e0 relever comportait deux aspects essentiels  d&rsquo;une part, comprendre pourquoi la strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;image de marque pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente n&rsquo;a pas eu le succ\u00e8s escompt\u00e9 et justifier les retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques potentielles et, d&rsquo;autre part, faire face au scepticisme des parties prenantes et les impliquer efficacement dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;image de marque. Les principales parties prenantes ont non seulement remis en question la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;investir dans une strat\u00e9gie de marque locale, mais ont \u00e9galement dout\u00e9 de ses avantages r\u00e9els. Bloom Consulting a donc d\u00fb d\u00e9finir \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape ce que la nouvelle marque de lieu devrait impliquer, tout en d\u00e9montrant sa diff\u00e9renciation par rapport aux approches ant\u00e9rieures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>\u00c9valuation du potentiel et de la faisabilit\u00e9 du projet \u00ab\u00a0Place Brand\u00a0\u00bb (r\u00e9sultats de la recherche et strat\u00e9gie)&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour bien comprendre les besoins et les d\u00e9fis de la r\u00e9gion du Grand Sud, Bloom Consulting a engag\u00e9 les parties prenantes locales dans une \u00e9tude qualitative approfondie. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de recueillir des informations en vue d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie de marque locale r\u00e9alisable et d&rsquo;identifier les principaux d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 cinq r\u00e9sultats cl\u00e9s et mis en \u00e9vidence cinq d\u00e9fis majeurs, offrant une perspective pr\u00e9cieuse pour le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie de marque locale soutenue au niveau r\u00e9gional. Des observations provenant de diff\u00e9rents secteurs ont \u00e9galement permis de comprendre pourquoi les tentatives pass\u00e9es de mise en \u0153uvre d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie avaient \u00e9chou\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont prometteurs. Un consensus clair s&rsquo;est d\u00e9gag\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;image de marque pour la r\u00e9gion et, en fait, la plupart des parties prenantes ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles soutiendraient l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une telle strat\u00e9gie. En outre, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a permis d&rsquo;identifier les domaines d&rsquo;intervention d&rsquo;une \u00e9ventuelle strat\u00e9gie et, dans ce cas, il y a eu accord sur le fait que le tourisme, les exportations et les talents constituaient les principaux axes de tout projet futur (comme le montre le diagramme ci-dessous). La prise en compte et la reconnaissance des pr\u00e9occupations de ces parties prenantes sont cruciales pour la r\u00e9ussite de la strat\u00e9gie, car elles permettent une approche plus cibl\u00e9e qui maximise la faisabilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9. En outre, cela donne une orientation claire sur les domaines auxquels les strat\u00e8ges doivent donner la priorit\u00e9 et sur ceux auxquels il faut consacrer des efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une strat\u00e9gie de marque.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, Bloom Consulting a identifi\u00e9 des domaines cl\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie Place Brand pour GSR. Quatre exemples de strat\u00e9gies de marque de lieu r\u00e9ussies ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s afin de tirer les le\u00e7ons du succ\u00e8s.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, le GSDC a re\u00e7u une feuille de route d\u00e9taill\u00e9e en 9 \u00e9tapes (comme le montre le diagramme ci-dessous) pour le d\u00e9veloppement de sa marque, sur la base de sa situation actuelle et des besoins identifi\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude qualitative men\u00e9e par Bloom Consulting.
