Na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/en\/nation-branding\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bloom Consulting<\/a> medimos a sensibilidade das Marcas Pa\u00eds a crises que s\u00e3o prolongadas, t\u00eam um alto n\u00edvel de intensidade, ou tendem a ter impacto na perce\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura, hist\u00f3ria e povo de um pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em Mar\u00e7o de 2022, a Bloom Consulting lan\u00e7ou um estudo global para avaliar como a atual guerra R\u00fassia-Ucr\u00e2nia est\u00e1 a afetar as perce\u00e7\u00f5es dos pa\u00edses, bem como, para compreender o quanto as respostas dos pa\u00edses \u00e0 guerra est\u00e3o a afetar as inten\u00e7\u00f5es das pessoas para visitar, trabalhar ou estudar, fazer neg\u00f3cios ou comprar produtos desses pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metodologia<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A Bloom Consulting lan\u00e7ou um inqu\u00e9rito global utilizando a ferramenta <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/d2analytics.io\/products\/d2-live-quanti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D2-Live Quanti \u00a9<\/a><\/strong>. Durante a \u00faltima semana de Mar\u00e7o, at\u00e9 \u00e0 primeira semana de Abril de 2022, 1500 cidad\u00e3os de 43 pa\u00edses de todo o mundo foram inquiridos, sendo que, para este estudo, <strong>todas as opini\u00f5es nacionais foram retiradas de cada pa\u00eds<\/strong>, uma vez que o objetivo do estudo era medir as perce\u00e7\u00f5es externas. Os cidad\u00e3os russos e ucranianos, estrategicamente, n\u00e3o foram inclu\u00eddos neste estudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a Bloom Consulting dividiu a an\u00e1lise da amostra em duas camadas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>N\u00edvel um:<\/strong> <\/strong>Perce\u00e7\u00f5es globais de pa\u00edses n\u00e3o diretamente envolvidos no conflito, excluindo a Ucr\u00e2nia e a R\u00fassia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>N\u00edvel dois:<\/strong> <\/strong>Perce\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas sobre a R\u00fassia e a Ucr\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta divis\u00e3o foi criada a fim de evitar opini\u00f5es distorcidas dos dois pa\u00edses predominantes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao resto do mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, uma mir\u00edade de fatores, da posi\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, cultura e hist\u00f3ria de um pa\u00eds, pode influenciar a perce\u00e7\u00e3o do pa\u00eds e da sua Marca. Este estudo n\u00e3o pretendeu observar de perto todas as liga\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas, hist\u00f3ricas e culturais, mas sim medir como as a\u00e7\u00f5es atuais dos pa\u00edses sobre a crise est\u00e3o a afetar as perce\u00e7\u00f5es. Tal quadro permite-nos definir o qu\u00e3o resilientes s\u00e3o as Marcas Pa\u00eds em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a crises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Destaques da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pa\u00edses: vencedores e perdedores em termos de perce\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Como a hist\u00f3ria nos mostrou muitas vezes, as guerras n\u00e3o t\u00eam vencedores. Quando a Bloom Consulting fala de vencedores e vencidos, est\u00e1 apenas a referir-se \u00e0s perce\u00e7\u00f5es globais dos pa\u00edses que est\u00e3o a ser afetados por esta crise dr\u00e1stica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primeira parte do estudo, foi pedido aos inquiridos de todo o mundo que indicassem pa\u00edses que, na sua opini\u00e3o, lidavam bem ou n\u00e3o t\u00e3o bem na gest\u00e3o desta &#8220;crise&#8221;. Isto pode ter ocorrido ou porque estes pa\u00edses n\u00e3o tiveram exposi\u00e7\u00e3o suficiente das a\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 guerra, ou porque as pessoas esperavam mais destas marcas de confian\u00e7a. A sua Marca Pa\u00eds ter\u00e1 de investir mais esfor\u00e7os para obter perce\u00e7\u00f5es positivas no futuro, uma vez que a Brand-Nought \u00e9 2 &#8211; s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias duas opini\u00f5es positivas para neutralizar uma negativa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entretanto, Mold\u00e1via, Rom\u00e9nia, Su\u00ed\u00e7a e Nova Zel\u00e2ndia destacam-se no mapa global com muitas men\u00e7\u00f5es positivas e na zona verde com a Brand-Nought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O excelente desempenho da Pol\u00f3nia na mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o de crises proporciona \u00e0 Marca Na\u00e7\u00e3o um apoio un\u00e2nime dos cidad\u00e3os globais.
