Isto \u00e9 importante em qualquer papel, quer sejamos estejamos a dirigir ou a executar. Para termos sucesso, precisamos de um plano que possamos implementar passo a passo, \u00e9 por isso que gosto dos guias desenvolvidos pela Bloom Consulting, tais como os \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/pt-pt\/tres-iniciativas-do-place-branding\/\">15 Passos do Place Branding<\/a>\u201d e os \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/pt-pt\/11-passos-do-placemaking\/\">11 Passos do Placemaking<\/a>.\u201d Eles fornecem uma abordagem estruturada na abordagem de grandes e assustadores projetos, tais como o desenvolvimento e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Marca Pa\u00eds. Para me manter no bom caminho, planeio em tr\u00eas escalas: anual, mensal e semanal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Descreva um dia t\u00edpico de trabalho.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gosto de trabalhar num ambiente tranquilo e ininterrupto, pelo que normalmente come\u00e7o o meu dia cedo, verificando as atividades noturnas, tais como a gest\u00e3o das nossas contas nos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bloomconsult\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/bloom-consulting\/posts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bloomconsulting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook<\/a>), a monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, e a resposta a e-mails. Al\u00e9m disso, considero priorit\u00e1rio acompanhar a atividade online dos nossos clientes. Ao manter-me atenta aos clientes e \u00e0 atividade da ind\u00fastria na Web, posso fornecer valiosas leituras e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para ajudar os nossos clientes a manterem-se \u00e0 frente da concorr\u00eancia. Depois de tudo isto, passo ao meu dia \u201cnormal\u201d de trabalho, que envolve a intera\u00e7\u00e3o com colegas e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o em reuni\u00f5es. Ao longo destas intera\u00e7\u00f5es, tento sempre arranjar tempo para produzir conte\u00fados para as nossas contas nos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social e para o Jornal da Bloom Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>O que mais lhe agrada no Place Branding?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sempre acreditei que os locais, seja um Pa\u00eds, uma Cidade, uma Regi\u00e3o, ou qualquer outra entidade, como o governo, precisam de se envolver com os cidad\u00e3os globais e delinear qual \u00e9 o seu objetivo comum enquanto territ\u00f3rio. A a\u00e7\u00e3o fala mais alto do que as palavras, mas nem sempre&#8230; Se n\u00e3o criarmos a nossa pr\u00f3pria narrativa, outra pessoa o far\u00e1 por n\u00f3s, e talvez n\u00e3o na perspetiva mais louv\u00e1vel. No mundo atual de ritmo acelerado, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil criar rapidamente imagens ou alterar as atuais, o que pode melhorar ou prejudicar a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o de um lugar. Gosto do facto do Place Branding ser uma iniciativa complexa que envolve v\u00e1rias a\u00e7\u00f5es centradas em torno de uma Central Idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Em que medida considera o seu trabalho importante para os Pa\u00edses, Regi\u00f5es e Cidades?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A difus\u00e3o da consci\u00eancia sobre a import\u00e2ncia da Place Branding \u00e9 crucial. Por exemplo, ao partilhar o post nos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social que destaca as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/pt-pt\/5-sinais-de-que-precisa-de-uma-estrategia-de-place-branding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5 raz\u00f5es pelas quais o Place Branding \u00e9 importante<\/a>, espero inspirar algu\u00e9m a agir e a ter um impacto positivo no futuro do seu lugar e para o futuro das gera\u00e7\u00f5es vindouras. Embora eu possa n\u00e3o estar diretamente envolvida na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma estrat\u00e9gia de Place Branding, acredito que h\u00e1 sempre necessidade de uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o e envolvimento mais amplos em torno de t\u00f3picos espec\u00edficos. \u00c9 aqui que desempenho o meu papel, e ao faz\u00ea-lo, espero encorajar mais pessoas a compreender e apreciar o valor do Place Branding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Que Na\u00e7\u00e3o ou Marca Pa\u00eds aprecia mais?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Estou particularmente impressionada com o que a Est\u00f3nia tem conseguido. Eles criaram uma imagem moderna e futurista da sua na\u00e7\u00e3o na minha mente. S\u00e3o vistos como um pa\u00eds de tecnologia avan\u00e7ada, acess\u00edvel atrav\u00e9s de servi\u00e7os eletr\u00f3nicos, f\u00e1ceis de navegar, e orgulhosos da sua heran\u00e7a estoniana e escandinava, em vez de serem definidos pelo seu passado p\u00f3s-sovi\u00e9tico. Os esfor\u00e7os de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloom-consulting.com\/journal\/two-countries-that-prove-nation-branding-works\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">branding bem-sucedidos da Est\u00f3nia<\/a> distinguiram-nos verdadeiramente e deram-lhes uma identidade \u00fanica e reconhec\u00edvel.
